SMS Terms & Conditions

1. Program description

TIK Construction Inc. ("TIK Construction," "we," "us") operates a text messaging program used to follow up with customers after a completed restoration or repair project. Messages confirm that work was finished to your satisfaction, address any remaining concerns, and invite you to leave a review of your experience.

2. How to opt in

You may consent to receive text messages from us by:

• Initialing the text message consent line on your signed work authorization;
• Checking the SMS consent box on the contact form at tikconstruction.com; or
• Sending a text message to our business number.

Consent is not a condition of service. Customers who decline receive the same service and are contacted by phone or email instead.

3. How to opt out

Reply STOP to any message from us at any time. We will send one confirmation message and then stop texting that number. You may also ask us to stop by calling (360) 938-4601 or emailing contact@tikconstruction.com.

Opting out does not affect any work in progress, and does not stop us from contacting you by phone or email about your project.

5. Message frequency

Message frequency varies. Messages are sent in connection with a specific project and are typically limited to a small number of follow-up messages after work is complete.

6. Cost

Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge for text messages, but your mobile carrier's standard messaging and data rates apply to messages you send and receive. Contact your carrier for details about your plan.

7. Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on transmission by your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed.

8. Supported devices

Text messaging requires a mobile device with SMS capability and an active plan with a participating carrier. Not all carriers or devices support all message types.

9. Privacy

Information you provide, including your phone number, is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number or SMS consent with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

10. Changes

We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. The date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued participation after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
