   Emergency response and structural assessment

   We answer day or night and dispatch immediately. On arrival, the lead tech assesses structural safety, identifies the type of fire (Class A, B, C, K, or electrical), determines the soot category, and documents everything for the insurance claim.

   Hour 4–24

   Water extraction and emergency board-up

   Most fires are extinguished with water. We extract that water before it can cause secondary water damage and mold. We board up broken windows and tarp damaged roof sections to prevent weather intrusion. The structure is secured before any cleanup begins.

   Days 1–3

   Soot and smoke residue removal

   Different soot types require different chemistry. Wet smoke residue from low-temperature smoldering fires needs different cleaners than dry smoke from high-temperature fires. Protein residue from kitchen fires requires specialty enzymatic cleaners. We test and use the appropriate chemistry for each surface — drywall, wood, metal, glass, fabric.

   Final walkthrough and insurance closeout
